Data processed
The form collects your name and email address. Depending on what you choose to provide, RVM may also process your company name, phone number, website or marketplace, required service, approximate volume and message content.
A pseudonymized fingerprint of the IP address is used only to count attempts within a fifteen-minute anti-abuse window. Expired technical files are scheduled for deletion during subsequent requests and no later than the hosting platform’s temporary-storage cleanup. RVM does not request sensitive personal data through this form.
Purposes and legal bases
The data is used to assess and answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and organize pre-contractual discussions. Depending on the request, processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and on RVM’s legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and protecting its form.
Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automated marketing messages.
Recipients
Data submitted through the form is available only to authorized people within RVM and, where technically necessary for website and email operation, to OVHcloud. Audience analytics data is sent to HubSpot only after consent, as described below. RVM does not sell this data or disclose it to third parties for advertising purposes.
Retention
Enquiries and related exchanges are kept for as long as necessary to process them, then for no more than three years from the prospect’s last active contact, unless a legal requirement or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims requires certain records to be retained.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, exercise the right to data portability.

Cookies and audience measurement
With your prior consent, RVM loads the HubSpot tracking code (Portal ID 149383596) to measure website visits and pages viewed. The legal basis for this audience measurement and its cookies is your consent. Without consent, no HubSpot code is loaded. This mechanism adds no advertising cookies or other third-party pixels.
HubSpot may receive browsing data, including pages viewed, visit dates and times, IP address and online identifiers. Its tracking cookies may include __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc and __hssrc. Depending on HubSpot account settings, some data collected by the tracking code may also be used by HubSpot to improve its products and services.
Your acceptance or refusal is kept for six months in your browser’s local storage. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time using ‘Manage cookies’ in the footer. On refusal or withdrawal, tracking is stopped and HubSpot cookies accessible on this site are removed. You can continue browsing and submit the form without analytics consent.
